Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted, as well as the associated costs and procedures.

1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items purchased through our website, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You may return most products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Items that are opened or used may not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including:
    • Products that are custom-made or personalized
    • Clearance or sale items (unless defective or damaged)
    • Gift cards

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at support@yestorages.com or seek our assistance through the "Help" chat box on the website to request a return authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your request.
  3. Receive Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will send you instructions for returning the item, including the return authorization number (RA #) and the return address.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Ship the item to the return address provided, ensuring you include the RA # on the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • U.S. Returns: We offer free return shipping on defective or damaged items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • International Returns: Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without tracking.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the full purchase price of the item(s), minus any shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or an error was made on our part.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to process exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not hold inventory for exchanges, so we recommend placing a new order as soon as possible to ensure you get the product you want.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can assist you with a return, replacement, or refund. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged or defective item to help us process your claim.

  • Defective Items: We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the item.
  • Shipping Damages: In case of shipping damage, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, and we will provide you with a replacement or refund if necessary.

7. Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@yestorages.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned through the normal return process.

8. Order Modifications

We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. If you need to change your order (e.g., change the shipping address, swap products), we recommend canceling the order and placing a new one as soon as possible. Please contact our customer support team to assist with the cancellation.

9. Return Address

Please send all returns to the address provided with your return authorization (RA #). Be sure to follow the return instructions sent to you by our customer service team to ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately.
